The awesome Nuns! :D

Holden seems like hes becoming more of an adult than I thought! After reading about him and the nuns, he was a lot more polite than i thought! I didn't really like Holden at first because all he seemed like he liked to do was criticize people ALL the time! And it really just bugged me. He wasn't too shy to them yet I still don't think he was as comfortable talking to them because he didn't know them at all. I think he was pretty happy with himself with the way he acted toward them. Especially after the one nun dropped her basket and he picked it up for her, I didn't think he had it in him! Haha (: But after reading chapters 14 and 15, hes becoming more grown up. I've never really liked Holden but he seems like a pretty cool person. I have actually connected to him a couple times though. Feeling his pain through the death of his brother and everything, that was the big connection I had with him. That is all!! Comment if you would like! :D

  1. I felt very bad for the nuns. Because there some of the people in life that do nothing wrong but benefit none from it. But also this was good for Holden to see because it might change his perspective on some things

  2. I disagree, because I think that Holden is still very much a child. He is afraid of becoming an adult, and even though he tries to act older sometimes it is only to get the freedoms of being an adult. I think that he has some good qualities and when he wants to show them for the better of himself, he does.
