Chapterrs 4-7 !! :D

I really feel empathy towards Holden. I have lost someone so special to me in my life and it really sucks to know someone you love so much is gone. When he was writing the composition about all he has left of his brother, I thought of what I have left of my dad, his work hat. I keep it hung on the backboard of my bed and everytime I look at it, it reminds me of the picture I have of me when i was just a baby and I had worn it, it was so big on me. Haha. But I can really relate to Holden. The way that Stradlater treats him though, really seems to bug me. I have been able to relate to what Holden is going through. Being pushed around and told what to do by other people, it just always bugged me when I went through the same thing.

    I know what its like to loose someone super special too, but not a brother or a father. It makes me feel extremely blessed haha.

    I agree that Stradlater sucks. Not only how the way that he acts/talks to Holden and Ackley, but also the way he acts in general. And just the way you can tell he is. I've met a ton of people like that, so I can really relate with Holden too. xD

    sorry to hear about your dad, I would lose it if i lost my dad...I know how you feel; i lost my grandpa when i was 4 and i still cant come to the idea that hes gone...

    I admire your bravery to reveal something so important about you, Heather. Losing someone effects you forever; however, you learn from it and grow from every obstacle thrown your way. You are pretty special!!!

    I understand how u feel heather like in class when Mrs. J taught us about the stages of grief i would say u got through those really well

    Yeah i feel for you too Heather it's not a very good expirences to have to go through so young, when you just dont really understand anything.. but it's okay because then you know how much you really cared for them and see that they really did mean alot to you and as time goes on it seems to heal more even though never fully, but with friends and family holding on close everything turns out for the best :)
    nothing that i said talked about Holden but i just wanted to comment :)
